BRAGANZA BOXING CAMP<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

HOUSE RULES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This set of house rules is intended to ensure safety, hygiene, a friendly atmosphere and the smooth running of all training sessions provided by Braganza Boxing Camp, whether outdoors or in a private training facility.\n\nAll participants agree to comply fully with these rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 \u2013 EQUIPMENT & HYGIENE<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Training Attire<\/strong>: Clean, appropriate sportswear suitable for physical activity. For indoor sessions, clean sports shoes reserved exclusively for indoor use are required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Personal Equipment<\/strong>: Each participant must have their own boxing gloves in good condition, as well as hand wraps or inner gloves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Safety & Sparring<\/strong>: The use of a mouthguard and boxing headgear is strictly mandatory during any exercise involving contact, sparring or technical bouts. Participants without the required protective equipment will be refused access to these activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Hydration & Comfort<\/strong>: Bringing a water bottle and a personal towel is strongly recommended for every training session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2 \u2013 SAFETY, COACHING & SPORTSMANSHIP<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Following Instructions<\/strong>: Participants agree to strictly follow all technical, intensity and safety instructions given by the coach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Control of Strikes<\/strong>: The boxing taught here is based on technique, precision and control. Excessive force, deliberately throwing hard shots, and any dangerous or aggressive behavior towards a training partner are strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Coaching Authority<\/strong>: Only the qualified coach is authorized to lead the session, set the pace and provide training instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3 \u2013 RESPECT FOR THE FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Cleanliness<\/strong>: Whether training outdoors or at a partner facility, participants must respect the facilities, avoid causing any damage, and dispose of all waste (empty bottles, used athletic tape and hand wraps) in the designated bins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Prohibited Activities<\/strong>: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all training areas and their immediate surroundings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        4 \u2013 PHONES & PHOTOGRAPHY<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Mobile Phones<\/strong>: Mobile phone use during training should be strictly limited to exceptional circumstances in order to preserve the group dynamic, pace and concentration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Media Recording<\/strong>: Personal photos and videos must not disrupt the training session or infringe upon the image rights of other participants without their express prior consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          5 \u2013 PENALTIES & EXCLUSION<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          • Disciplinary Measures<\/strong>: In the event of a serious or repeated breach of safety instructions, violent or disrespectful behavior, or failure to comply with these house rules, Braganza Boxing Camp reserves the right to immediately exclude the participant, either temporarily or permanently, without any entitlement to a refund or postponement of the session or package in progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
