Jean-Michel BRAGANZA

Boxe Anglaise - Coach JM combat Professionnel

Trained at INSEP and a member of the French National Team, I competed at the heart of the legendary “Génération Solide” alongside Tony Yoka, Christian Mbilli and Souleymane Cissokho — a team that made history in French boxing by winning six Olympic medals at the Rio Games. French Champion in 2014, I made finesse and technical precision my true signature in the ring before turning professional.

My time as a professional fighter and the realities of the sport taught me one fundamental lesson: the invaluable importance of having the right guidance — rigorous, protective and supportive. This belief now lies at the heart of my coaching philosophy.

Holding a DEJEPS state diploma, I further developed my coaching expertise within renowned Parisian boxing clubs, including Atch Academy (2021–2023) and France Boxing Club (2023–2026), founded by former national team coaches.

My added value lies in mastering the finer details: making subtle posture adjustments, refining foot placement, and optimizing movement mechanics to gain those decisive fractions of a second. By building the right habits and movement patterns from the very beginning, I help you progress faster, make the most of your training time, and optimize every movement for a balance of power, efficiency and fluidity.

Today, I bring this expertise to Braganza Boxing Camp, in the heart of Paris’s 5th arrondissement. Whether your goal is to build flawless fundamentals, improve your physical conditioning, or find an exceptional outlet, you’ll receive elite, personalized coaching focused on safety, precision and performance.

“Boxing is like music. You have to know your scales by heart before you can truly improvise.”
